With the opening of the Austrian Cultural Forum Accra, Austria and Ghana will dispose of a lasting platform for bilateral conversations and sustainable cooperation between the two countries. Culture exchange provides tremendous opportunities to get to know the diversity of cultures in each country, to connect people from different continents and to enhance understanding of shared histories and unique heritage as well as to further local development.
This strategic roundtable aimed to start a process for the co-development of sustainable partnerships to generate win-win collaborations in Austria-Ghana – Ghana-Austrian relationships. The event took place in the presence of the Austrian State Secretary in the Foreign Ministry Sepp Schellhorn and brought together key stakeholders from the Austrian and Ghanaian arts and culture sector.
