Barbara Putz-Plecko\u2019s Geografien des Textilen \u2013 Lehren als k\u00fcnstlerische Praxis<\/em> (Geographies of Textiles – Teaching as Artistic Practice) is a rich publication with 384 pages and 300 illustrations that documents and reflects on 26 years of artistic teaching and research at the Textile Department of the University of Applied Arts Vienna. It documents the diversity of cultural techniques and fields of textile production, the spaces of reflection in the context of teaching art and the variety of artistic practices that artists contribute as teachers.
